First of all, do not get confused between Taiwanese brand “The Alley” & our local home grown brand “Alley”. Alley is a pretty common face at various bazaars and night markets, but for Geylang Serai Ramadan 2019 they’ve added something new to their arsenal – their tea-infused Boba Pancake Stack.

It consists of three tea-infused pancakes that are topped with whipped cream and brown sugar boba

You can definitely taste the tea infused in the batter of the pancake. Combining with the brown sugar, all of which adds a really interesting kick of flavour and make this dessert a successful counterpart of it’s cousin; the brown sugar milk tea.
