One Raffles Place is managed by OUB Centre Limited and includes the shopping mall as well as Tower One and Tower Two. One Raffles Place shopping mall is designed to provide people living and working in the Singapore’s business district with exciting shopping and dining options that they can enjoy everyday. It is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city of Singapore.
