Looking for something unique that your guests haven’t seen at every other event? Carnival Empire introduces the Cheese Prata Hotdog live station! We have taken a classic carnival hotdog and given it a mouth-watering local Singaporean twist. It is the perfect savory, filling snack for dinner and dance events, family days, and carnivals.

Crispy Prata, Savory Hotdogs & Melted Cheese

Forget plain hotdog buns! Our unique recipe takes a premium chicken hotdog, wraps it in a slice of rich cheese, and rolls it all inside a piece of traditional dough. We then pan-fry it live on-site until the roti prata is golden, flaky, and crispy on the outside, with warm, melted cheese on the inside.

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and single gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.

What exactly is a Cheese Prata Hotdog?

It is a delicious fusion snack! We wrap a savory chicken hotdog and a slice of cheese inside a piece of roti prata dough, then pan-fry it until crispy and golden brown.

Is the food cooked live at the venue?

Yes! To ensure the prata is perfectly crispy and the cheese is melted, our professional food handlers use an electric griddle to pan-fry the snacks live on-site.

What logistical setup is required for this station?

Because we cook on-site, we require one standard table and a dedicated, isolated 13amp power point for our electric griddle. If your event is outdoors without power, let us know and we can arrange a generator rental!

I had a fantastic experience at the Carnival Empire ice cream stand thanks to Jess. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked up. Even though the stand was busy, she handled every customer with professionalism and a great attitude.

Jess clearly takes pride in her work, gave thoughtful recommendations, made sure portions were generous, and kept the entire station clean and organized. It’s rare to see someone bring this level of energy and care to a simple ice cream stand, but she really elevates the whole experience.

Planned an anniversary party with Carnival Empire and had a fuss free experience working with the team. Everyone had fun and the entire event was smoothly run and successful! Their charges are also really reasonable, especially for the peace of mind provided. It was a pleasure working with Jayden and the team from Carnival Empire! The Squid Game concept was brilliantly executed — from the immersive balloon and venue decor to the finishing touch of sticker magic by Signarama Eunos. We nailed it (and don’t worry, no golfers or guests were harmed in the process!). The added plus to all this was the smooth and effcient way that everything came together.
