Rental Rates & Delivery

No food & drinks Footwear off, recommended to put on socks while playing
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy
Upon collection of ball pit, all balls shall be in the pit, else there will be additional charges
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas)
Kindly ensure there is a ramp access to higher/lower ground and lift to higher/lower floor

A big thank you to Alvin who preparing the popcorn. He was so patient and friendly throughout the event.
The popcorn was freshly popped, warm, and very fragrant, crispy, and coated with a delightful sweet taste. It was well received by our guests.

The ice cream sandwich — simple, nostalgic, and absolutely delicious. The ice cream block is generous, and the rainbow bread is soft, slightly sweet, and the perfect match for a hot day. It’s one of those old-school treats that immediately brings back childhood memories.

The ice cream booth at our company cohesion was a real highlight, thanks to Jess from Carnival Empire. She brought great energy, and happily recommended flavours based on what people liked. The ice cream itself was smooth, rich, and genuinely high quality, exactly the kind of treat that lifted everyone’s mood. Jess’s friendly service and professionalism made the experience even better for the event.

I had a fantastic experience at the Carnival Empire ice cream stand thanks to Jess. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked up. Even though the stand was busy, she handled every customer with professionalism and a great attitude.

Jess clearly takes pride in her work, gave thoughtful recommendations, made sure portions were generous, and kept the entire station clean and organized. It’s rare to see someone bring this level of energy and care to a simple ice cream stand, but she really elevates the whole experience.

If you’re visiting Carnival Empire, do yourself a favor and stop by Jess’s stand. You’ll get great ice cream and even better service.

Planned an anniversary party with Carnival Empire and had a fuss free experience working with the team. Everyone had fun and the entire event was smoothly run and successful! Their charges are also really reasonable, especially for the peace of mind provided. Definitely will go back to them for future events and highly recommended for anyone looking for corporate events, D&D's or family day parties!

It was a pleasure working with Jayden and the team from Carnival Empire! The Squid Game concept was brilliantly executed — from the immersive balloon and venue decor to the finishing touch of sticker magic by Signarama Eunos. We nailed it (and don’t worry, no golfers or guests were harmed in the process!). The added plus to all this was the smooth and effcient way that everything came together. Look forward to working with Carnival Empire again!
