- Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
- Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
- If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
- We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
- F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
- Isolated power socket refers no sharing and single gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
- Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
- If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
- All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
- There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.

Is the Otah grilled live at the venue?
Yes! To capture that essential smoky aroma and ensure they are served piping hot, our staff uses an electric or charcoal grill (depending on your venue’s rules) to cook the Otah live on-site.
Is the Otah very spicy?
Our traditional recipe features a mild to medium spice level. It has enough kick to provide that authentic local flavor, but it is generally well-tolerated by most guests who enjoy Singaporean cuisine!
Can this station be set up indoors?
Because grilling produces smoke and a strong aroma, the Otah live station is best suited for outdoor areas or well-ventilated semi-outdoor spaces. We require a table and a 13amp power point for electric grills.
