- No food & drinks Footwear off, recommended to put on socks while playing
- Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy
- Upon collection of ball pit, all balls shall be in the pit, else there will be additional charges
- Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas)
- Kindly ensure there is a ramp access to higher/lower ground and lift to higher/lower floor
